Amit Hande
Co-founder
Ar. Amit Hande is the co-founder of ORIGIN ASSOCIATES graduated from Sinhgad College of Architecture in 2006. Prior to ORIGIN ASSOCIATES he worked with leading architectural firm called National Engineering Office, Oman. Dedicated to good design, his professional experience over the years has been multifaceted covering master planning and various concept/ schematic design for commercial, retail, Government projects, hospitality along with high end residence, second homes, bungalows etc. Recently he has been intensively involved in a multitude of business types, designing and managing developments for mixed use development, residential buildings and shopping centers.
Expertise: Real Estate, Architecture, Value engineering.
Nilesh Bide
co-founder
Ar. Nilesh Bide is the co-founder of ORIGIN ASSOCIATES graduated from Sinhgad College of Architecture in 2007. Prior to ORIGIN ASSOCIATES he worked with a leading architectural firm Qatar Design Consortium. With an overall experience of 8 years he has worked on a wide array of project ranging from Commercial, Residential, Recreational, hospitality and Retail. Over the years he has mastered various skills from optimum utilization of space to implementing the end user interest to the fullest. He is now handling a gamut of prestigious clientele and working across India. He has developed vertical of more complex Technical oriented Architecture like Laboratories, Diagnostics, Hospital, Industrial etc.
Expertise: Architecture, Interiors, Project Management, Turn Key solutions.
Ashwini Bide
Associate Partner
Ar.Ashwini Bide is the Associate Partner of ORIGIN ASSOCIATES graduated from Sinhgad College of Architecture in 2007. Prior to ORIGIN ASSOCIATES she worked on designing projects with leading architectural firm from Spain ,Qatar & Indian Design Firms. She has to her credit range of architectural projects from ECO Friendly Bungalows to Mivan construction HI –RISE towers. Her scope of work includes designing ,co-ordination & management. She has been Team Lead at various projects at Kolte Patil Developers Ltd, Pune , KTGY design LLP, USA & Pune , DSP Design Pvt Ltd , Qatar Design Consortium, Qatar . Recently she has been working on Mixed Use Commercial & Residential Architectural projects & Interior.
Expertise: Interior Architecture Design & Management, Revit Modeling ,RERA &EC work.
